This is my first AI enhanced map made with a beta version of Natural Scene Designer Pro 10. The text prompt below transformed a nondescript 3D view consisting of geospatial data to a photorealistic background image.
"Preserve terrain shape, and horizon. View of Emerald Pools Trail, Zion National Park, looking west on a clear summer day. Put wispy clouds in the sky. Show rock textures on cliff faces. Accurately depict trees and other vegetation in the canyon."
The terrain shape and rock textures generated from AI enhancement are astonishingly accurate. But not everything was perfect. I used Photoshop to add the waterfall between Middle and Lower pools, and to touchup roads. Labels and trails were added in Adobe Illustrator.
